What to check if you haven't received an email
Once you complete your order you will receive an email with your registration
information. You will typically receive an email within a few seconds to 5 minutes of completing your purchase.
If you don't receive an email in this time frame you need to...
1. Check your junk mail or junk mail filter. The email subject will be similar to 'Thank you for your purchase...' and will be from
an email address at frontierdesigngroup.com.
2. Click the refresh button if you are using web email (like hotmail.com, live.com,
etc.).
3. Press the send/receive button on your email client (like Outlook, Eudora, etc.).
4. Make sure that you are checking the correct email.
Our system will automatically
send an email to your primary PayPal account.

email address...

Checking your order status for CDROM purchase (USPS via first class mail delivery)
United States and Canadian orders- If your purchased a CD for delivery. Your order
will arrive in 2-9 days. The CD is sent in a protective mailer and is shipped via
United States Postal Service first class mail. During the shipping process
you will normally receive an email that your CD has shipped.
